I am a new customer to Origin Native Plants and made 2 orders this year. The 2nd order was damaged by the courrier service and after I sent Alex a picture of the box he replaced the damaged plants without me even asking! I only meant to inform them of what happened. Most of the spring order plants flowered this summer depsite them arriving as mere seedlings. Great customer service and selection of native plants that thrive in our ecoregion. Will buy again from them.

Wow, what a great purchase experience. I was looking for a hard-to-find native plant, sweet crabapple. It was out of stock, but I got a notification when it was available again, and I was able to order the same day. The trees were shipped to my location in the Eastern Townships of Quebec with great care, and they arrived healthy and ready to go in the ground. I'm looking forward to a long customer relationship with Origin Native Plants.
